Holidays I do not like

Thanksgiving and Christmas,
They're both holidays,
But like that duck in the movie,
I am a Scrooge.

These holidays,
They mean family.
And I cant handle that,
All my family has ever done,
Is make me...
Feel unwanted..and thats that.

I hate the friendship,
The Laughter,
The glow...
Its not for someone like me,
Its something..I know.

On Christmas...
The only good thing that I can handle,
Would be the pretty gifts I get,
And late night writing by candle.

If you hate the holidays like I do,
Don't feel left out,
Your not the only one..thats true.
