Happily Ever After

I tried to write a poem, a poem with a rhyme,
But the only words my pen would write was your name next to mine.
The only thoughts that I have are the memories that we share,
All the time we spend together that shows me that you care.
I love you more than anything and I hope this lasts real long,
The thought of me without you, well that just seems so wrong.
Because of you I can get through all the pain,
You are my sunshine after a long rain.
There is no one else on Earth I'd Rather be with that you
You are the only one who can cheer me up when I am feeling blue.
I don't know what I would do if we were ever to be parted,
If this happened, forever after, I would be broken-hearted.
I feel like I am in a fairytale, one where he cannot live without her,
Hopefully this will end like most others, happily ever after!
