A prayer my boy-friend gave me....

God,
You have given me the chance to be
With someone as beautiful as an angel
As smart as yourself, God
As loving as a mother
Understanding as if she knew what I am feeling
Not many good things happen to me, and I pray
To you to at least give me a little bit of happiness
But it seems you have sent me more than I asked.
I trust her with my life,
I love her more than anything in this world,
I think about her all the time,
I feel sad and afraid that I cannot help when she is in trouble
And I try everything to help
I love it when I hold her in my arms
And I feel like I want to stay that way forever
The sound of her voice calms me
When she smiles it becomes the highlight of my day
I ask of you God to help me keep this special someone
In my life and arms for eternity.
