Why do i believe there is truth in your lies?
What do i see behind your blinded joyful eyes?
Emptiness I wish i could get the chance to fill.

But whenever I wish for you to stay
the next moment you turn and walk away
Not even a last glance at me did you ever care?
Did you even notice my expression and stare?

I watch you laughing
while I sit and weep
Your too naive to know
my thoughts drown deep
but not enough to show.

I see you smiling so carelessly
You don't know how much your hurting me
But all is suddenly forgiven
when you see me and call my name

By just one of your innocent glances
