Mary Will Weep Again

The preacher looks at the girl
as she tells him about her life,
then he looks to the sky because
he has the second sight .

He sees the world with all its destruction and sin, and
he knows that the world is
coming to an end .
For all seems lost and
Mary will weep again .

He looks back to the girl and says,
"You must confess you're sins . For
what you do now and what you did
then . Nobody knows for sure when. But this world is coming to an
end, and Mary will weep again . "

The girl looks at him as if she would laugh . But instead grabbed
a twig and broke it in half . She
says, " Why should I confess now,
for what happen in my past ? If I
repent to him now, I know it wouldn't last ."

" Before you know it I'll be at it again . Drinking, swearing, committing all sins . What you say
is true . The world is coming to an
end . But I'm sure I have time to
repent all my sins . "

The preacher shook his head . " No
child, you don't know what you're
saying . You should spend less
time drinking and more time praying . I told you before, Jesus
is coming again, and you said
yourself, you know the world is coming to an end . I tell my friend
Mary will weep again . "

They said their goodbye's and went
their separate ways . The preacher
went to the church alter to pray .
The girl went on home, she didn't
take heed to what he said . Until
later that night when was asleep in
bed .

She tossed and turned in the begging of her dream . She was
lost in the middle of nowhere, at
least thats how it seemed .

Right out of the blue she saw fire
fall from the sky . The moon was
a medallion, with the Virgin Mary
inside .She couldn't believe when
that tears were falling from Mary's
eye's .

She fell to the ground to confess all
her sins, but it was to late . She
didn't know where to begin .

She had spent to much time sinning, and living without a care .
Now she didn't know the difference
between reality and a living nightmare .

She started to cry, beg and plead .
" Lord I no I should have listened
I should have taken heed . There
were so many things, I didn't know
what to believe . Now I know its all
true, now I can see ."

Before she awoke she heard
a voice say to her, "GET YOURSELF
TOGETHER AND GO BACK TO
CHURCH .PRAY AS MANY TIMES AS
YOU CAN . ASK FOR FORGIVENESS
AND REPENT ALL YOU'RE SINS ."

The next day she saw the preacher again . She said . " What you say is true . I now believe you my
friend . This is the begging of my
new life and for my old one an end .
I truly believe now that
Mary will weep again . "
