As she lies here in my arms
I can't help but wonder why
Why this beautiful princess
Why she had to die

She was always the favorite
The one that we all loved
I know that she's still with us
She's watching us from above

I'll always remember how we walked hand in hand
I'll never forget our very last dance
We had something
That no-one else had
She'll always be that special someone
That made me feel good when I felt bad

Now I'm alone
All on my own
But maybe one day we'll reunite
And build our own home
