Dad Was I Not To Your Perfection?

Daddy where are you going?
why do you have those suitcases?
why are you just leaving now?
because the thing is daddy
you were with mommy for 3 years
but when you had me
you left
did i do something wrong daddy?
was i not to you perfection?

well guess what dad?
i never will be to your perfection
i WILL NOT agree on everything you say
I'm not going to be your rug
and let you walk all over me everyday
I'm done with you dad

I'm nothing like you
and i will never be

and all i have to say is :
Its not the fact that you don't care
ITS THE FACT I DO

oh and this
Do you know how mad i get
when someone says I'm just like YOU?

    Hey, great poem. and i understand how mad you get when people tell you that your just like your dad...it gets me worked up too!! all i can say is keep up what your doing and i know its hard but things will get better!!
