I Miss You.. **Dedicated To My Mother**

As I look at your picture,
I cant help but wonder why,
Why my father took your life,
Why did you have to die?

The scars I am left with,
Mentally and Emotionally.
They dont seem to go away,
I think theyre here to stay.

That dark, cold day,
when I got that phone call to say,
You had died,
I just wanted to believe they lied.

But one day,
Ill see you again,
That day seems so far away,
But yet it seems so near,

**I Miss You**

Umm yeh.. Thats my poem, When I was a young child my dad used to bash me and one of my other brothers, He also used to bash my mother. He ended up crashing the car they were in.. And Killing both of them. Ive been through alot growing up, Ive writen alot of poems.. But this is the first one ive submitted.. please leave ur thoughts in a comment.. Thanks!

    I think anyone who rates this poems under a 5, ever, should be shot!!! This is great! I still have my mother, but not my real father. Never really knew him. But anyways. I love this poem and you will see her one day. When God allows, I bet she'll be the first one to greet you in Heaven. Good luck with you're poetry. ^__^
