Pregnant at Thirteen.

by Katie.   Dec 17, 2005

You're popular and gorgeous,
You can't do anything wrong.
Your friends all love you,
You truely belong.

You have a boyfriend who wrestles,
And you love him so much.
You spend much time together,
His lips are sweet to the touch.

One night you go too far,
But you think it's just a game.
The next day at school,
You seem to just have more fame.

You don't even think about that night,
Until you realize what hasn't come around,
When you tell your lovely boyfriend,
All he can do is frown.

He dumps you the very next day,
Anger and shock fills your soul.
This jerk left you with nothing,
Nothing but an empty bowl.

You don't know what to do,
Don't know what to think.
Your test comes back positive,
You tell him and all he does is blink.

He doesn't care at all anymore,
He says it's your own fault.
Your heart turns to stone at once,
As if it's gone through an assault.

Your parents don't have a clue,
They thought you were a sweet little girl.
They never thought wrong about you,
To them you were their little pearl.

Your friends all abandon you,
Calling you a who*re behind your back.
You've made enemies from the less-popular girls,
So they ignore your attack.

You're on your own with nobody at all,
You become lost in depression.
You're parents become quite worried,
Until finally you offer up a confession.

They are shocked and appalled at what you've done,
Their baby girl pregnant at thirteen.
You are no longer a popular and gorgeous girl,
Your body is no longer tanned and lean.

Your parents say you must get an abortion,
Your eyes go wide with terror.
You don't want your little child to die,
Just because of your error.

But your parents won't deal with any arguement,
You've embarrassed them enough.
So you go to the doctors and your child is gone,
You're forced to go to school and act tough.

Everyone stares and rumors fly,
Your ex doesn't even know you're back.
You sit in silence the entire day,
Your world has gone completely black.

You rush home after six agonizing hours,
Your parents are at work.
You can't believe that this has happened,
All because of that jerk.

You can't take it anymore,
Everything you loved is gone.
Your baby, your ex, and your popularity,
You feel just like a pawn.

You're sick of this heart wrenching feeling,
So you grab a knife from the drawer.
You stab it through your heart.
Finally you've won the war.

She's gone to a place where she won't be judged,
Where nobody will ever call her a who*re.
The town is left in shock and wonder,
But finally she won't be ignored.
