Comfort in my tears

I only find comfort in my tears
But they have turned to stone
All I have now are my fears
While I sit here all alone

The tears no longer run down my cheeks
But yet the blood pours down my arm
I have felt this way for many weeks
I have put myself in harm

I need someone to help me stand
And I think that person is you
I just need you to take by the hand
And tell me "I'm here for you"

You are the only one that gets me
You have been in this position too
You noticed I'm not who I use to be
You're the only one who knew

You didn't ask me what was bothering me
Instead you let me come to you
Thank you for being so patient with me
And sticking with me through and through

Now I know that I will never be alone
For we will always have each other
We love each other more than shown
