Never Made it (ILU Bekah)

by AllisonMollie   Dec 18, 2005

She puts on a smile and takes the
stage, and trys to hide all her
rage. Danceing her heart out,
trying not to pout. Looking into
the audience, when a tear rolls
down. She can no longer hold a
smile, as she starts to frown.
Seeing her grandmother, and not
her grandfather, It really seems to
start and bother.
He always used to be there,
and would share all his thoughts.
Calling her and her friends,
ugly, double ugly and triple ugly as
a joke. Always poking at her to do
her best. Now she is a complete
mess. But luckly she has good
friends, that will be there for her
till the end.
She takes her bow, and runs to the
side, that is where she began to
cry. Because the truth is, her
grandfather died a few days ago,
and never made it to her show.

That was a very sad poem. I was very close to my grandfather, and he has since passed away so I can really relate with this poem. Good job on this one.
