You instead of me

The night had just begun,
it seemed like any other,
with the 17 year old girl driving home,
After just picking up her little brother.

She thought that
"if i can just get home that little quicker I could watch home and away",
but she now would trade every episode if she could erase that frightening day.

she was rushing home,
doing 85 in a 60 km zone,
when she turned her head to look at her brother,
when her tire went other a bone.

That was all it took for the car to go out of control,
she tried to stop my putting her foot on the brake,
but it didnt work and she hit a pole.

she woke in hospital with no one she knew in site
all she found was a note saying
\"i hope that your not alright.

the note singed by her little brother,
witch would soon seem to be odd, cause when her mother came to the room in tears and she asked if he was ok
all her mother could not do was nod.
