Neverland

by Riven   Dec 18, 2005

If only you really loved me
If only your heart was true
Then I wouldn't be sitting here
Crying over you

You thought I was fine
I thought you were mine
But you've left and can't come back
You lied

I sit here watching you on t.v
Thinking about when we believed
I sit at home
All alone

If only you cared
If only you cared
If only you cared

I feel the adrenaline rush through my veins
As I start to see black
I see blood,I cut too deep!
And theres no turning back

Tears fill my eyes
As the knife drops from my hand
I went as far as suicide
My spirit's off to Neverland

    Hmmm.
The flow broke a few times in it.
But the repetition was very effective
    hmmm.

Thank you Justina and I will keep writing. Writing poetry for meh is like having to eat every day or breathe in oxygen. Without being able to write I would be nothing.
