The real you

by Kourtney   Dec 18, 2005

So you think youre all so tough?
But dont you think that is a bluff?
You may be all big and bad.
But deep down you know you all I have
I know whats in that soul of yours.
Its something warm, its something more.
Youre like a big cuddly teddy bear.
Even through the wear and tare.
Some may think your party to hard.
But I know youd never go to far.
Some may think you have a reckless streak.
I know first hand it isnt what it seems.
Act like you dont care if someone is mean.
But I know you cry in the middle of your sleep.
You try to make it out to seem so rough.
But deep down you care so much.
Say you can make it on your own.
You cant fool me Ive seen you fold.
Clothes and laundry are hard as can be.
For the man who never cleans.
To the kitchen now thats no first.
Its clean as a button on his dirty shirt.
Its funny how they think you dont care.
When all along you were there.
