Sometimes you think your happy but your sad
and sometimes you put on a plastic smile so no one knows you hurt so bad
Sometimes you seem to think you'll never get it right
and sometimes you wonder if life is really worth the fight
Sometimes you close your eyes and imagine better places
and sometimes you shut them tight to forget familiar faces
Sometimes someone good comes along and you really start to smile a real smile
and sometimes when you look back you see they've been there for awhile
