WHISPERS OF THE HEART

WHISPERS OF THE HEART

Poetry consumed is where wisdom begins
As we heed to the whispers of the heart.
It's easy to blame others for our dismay
When from ignorance we refuse to part.

Verse is a beacon of hope in the darkness,
To help us navigate the pitfalls of strife.
Far more people write it, than read it,
And that's why there's endless conflict in life.

I write poems to help fuel the light
By sharing what God has given me.
With stories of life, love, war and more.
Where heroes pray on bended knee.
