MORBID THOUGHTS

by Witchblade15   Dec 19, 2005

The taste of melancholy,
The scent of fear,
Trickling from my eyes,
was a rivulet of tears.
Thoughts of death.
Thoughts of blood.

As the blood dripped from my wrist,
it quenched the earths thirst.
It was stained permanently.
I felt no pain.
As I laughed when i saw blood.
The rain poured,
as it erased the stain,
and washed away my insanity.
I still felt no pain.

As the winds blew,
I felt like i was being swept off my feet,
because my body became light,
and my skin was cold.
It was a dark thought,
a catastrophe, a disaster,
For i still was insane!
