The Anarchist

by Sarah Ann   Dec 19, 2005

He said that God was never there
Simply because he doesn't care
All the destruction placed on Earth
Was meant to be till death from birth

He said that God could not exist
And from this for me he made a list
In which he stated all the ways
That human has numbered their days

He said that God is just a theory
But at this he could not state it clearly
Look at the truth, you fools, you fools
So ignorant, so lost and cruel

How could one say such a thing
God is most existent, He is our king
Open your hearts beyond your sight
What you are saying isn't right

The truth is shown yet everywhere
It takes not a genius to know hes there
And we will be judged, I promise you
For what you say and think is true

Yes, God is here, He is the best
And all this suffering is our test
The world just poisoned your minds
If only your hearts weren't blind...

When writing this poem, I didn't mean to offend anyone, so if you are I am really sorry. Just know it's not directed to any specific person, I just wrote it because someone offended me. Thanks for reading.
