You mistook my words
For something they don`t mean
You think I stand in disbelief
That your love is left unseen

But I know that you love me
And I believe that it`s true
By the tone of your voice
In the way that you say`` I love you``

But you constantly remind me
Of the reasons we should be apart
Like the flaws you expect me to embrace
But you stand perfect in my heart

Your insecurities stand between us
And I only wish that you could see
That every time you bring them up
How much it`s hurting me

Because you truly are my world
And without you my smile would not exist
So hold me tight never let go
Promise me then seal it with a kiss
