Immortal Gift

by AynJal   Dec 22, 2005

Crave You
I crave you
Taste You
I tasted you
So fresh in my mind
The sweet liquid, so devine
Against the skin of your neck
My lips, so warm against it

Your crimson heart
Pulses broken apart
You feel you're slowly fading
Your human traits are breaking
It's pure life from you, I'm taking

And it's pure blood from you I'm drinking

Need you
I want you
Kill you
To give you...

Fluttering your eyes
Looking up into mine
You ask, "Where am I?"
And I can only smile

I took from you, your fragile soul
To make you immortal
Come, fly away with me
Take my hand
Let us be free
As vampyres should be

An interesting read into vampires. Being someone who likes fantasy and dark stuffs, this captures my attention. Your first stanza drew me right into this fantasy. An immortal gift, I think this is well portrayed. Thanks for sharing. =)
