Its been days since i last saw you
as time goes by i wonder if you've got someone new
i want you to be happy but i want it to be with me
i know its alot to ask but i just want us to be

you were the one that lit up my days
for you i didn't have to change my ways
when i was with you i felt different inside
i never felt like i had to hide

i miss spending time with you every night
and being in your arms u holding me so tight
i cant stop thinking about you its all that i do
but i guess its not the same for u to

i guess its just how love really feels
and eventually in time the heart heals
