The Day You Went Away

that was the day that God took you away from me.
I don't understand why he did this to you
You were so young, there was so much you wanted to do.
Only 15 years old, you where just having fun
Till that drunk driver turned the corner you had no time to run.
The ambulance came and took you away
There is no way I will ever forget that day.
The last time I saw you and heard your voice.
You had to leave you had no choice.
I know your watching over me and helping me along
I think of you every time i hear our song.
I miss you Eric no one can replace you
I just hope that some day my wishes come true.
And I meet you one more time.
And will be together and everything will be just fine.
