When we first met,
I didn't really like you.
I thought you where weird,
so i tried to avoid you.
But then I got to know you,
and suddenly things changed,
we became friends,
and thats the way things stayed.
As day by day went by,
our relationship got stronger,
and before we new it,
we where now best of friends.
We have never fought,
we have never argued,
and thats the way i like it.
I hope that we stay strong and true,
even through the tough times and blue.
Still to this day,
we are best of friends,
thats the way I like it and hope that it will stay.
So I wanted to show you how much you mean to me,
with this special little poem,
just to say to you,
that you are my best friend,
and thats the way I like it.
