Some friends come and some friends go,
But great friends would never stoop that low.
For they are there when you need them most,
they don't pretend like you are a ghost.
I have many friends that I truly love,
But only some rise above.
They are the ones that I can trust
And the ones that will help me up from the dust.
They're the ones that will always help
No matter what kind of hand I'm delt.
For they look past all my mistakes,
And notice when inside I ache.
It's always said, "True friends are hard to find,"
And my friends are exactly that kind.
