Wow. Tell the truth, It's a good thing you put that little piece of information up at the top, otherwise I would have guessed it was a bf. But knowing that it's your grandma put a whole 'nother emotional touch to it. I'm very sorry if it's true, I know that going through that hurts... Great job on expressing your emotions and thoughts in your poem though. Nicely written!

I can kinda relate my dad beat me my whole life, and he begged my forgiveness before he died, I said I forgave him because I couldn't bring myself to say I hated him when he was on his deathbed
