School Life

by Kristin   Dec 24, 2005

I walk into Brick Memorial,
with a frown upon my face,
another day of classwork,
I have to keep up the pace.

Driver's ed, you'd think it's easy?
Well, I'll show you how to steer!
it's much more difficult,
If you drink all of that beer!

Next I walk to chemistry,
which is so hard for me,
The questions are impossible,
And i think that you'd agree!

I then walk to my locker,
to gather more supplies,
My locker is so messy,
everyday it's a surprise!

I walk ahead to English,
reading novels of great age,
I do not understand these words!
I'm stuck on the first page!

Interior decorating is fun,
We draw and create some projects
We chat about the latest news,
This is the easiest of the subjects!

This next class is my favorite!
Lunch time is the best!!
I get to catch up on my homework,
and I get to take a rest.

Spanish is next on the agenda,
Conjugating verbs is very tough!
Translating paragraphs,
I think I've had enough.

But wait there is 2 more classes,
Next is Algebra two,
Equations with multiple variables,
make me get the flu!

I finish the day with History,
This is my favorite class,
Even though I love it a lot,
I don't believe I shall pass.

Days of school are stressful,
and weeks are going slow,
I wish we had just one day off,
and I pray that it will snow.
