If you were there

by BeeBeeGun   Dec 24, 2005

Tears are captured by my cheeks
which upon love lays so fast asleep
Fragile bones make my face so weak
my smile is broken and forced to sleep

My neck is short and dull of life
pain through my chest like a knife
Arms are twisted and full of pain
so much power I have to gain

Gut so wrenched and left alone
stomach empty all day it moans
Legs like jelly can hardly walk
Mouth is sealed know not to talk

Body so swollen wrenched in pain
love so deep blood does stain
Frightened thoughts of great despair
You would of known if you were there.
