You turned left,
i turned right.
The love was fading,
but not the fights.
We said we would try and keep it together,
we soon found out we couldn't try forever.
We said our goodbyes,
and you wished me good luck.
That day i have to say,
really did suck.
I tried to move on,
to put you behind.
But you'll always be there,
in the back of my mind.
