I'm trying to feel good about myself
I'm trying to do the things that are right
I'm trying to get good grades in school
I'm trying to stand up for myself and fight
But it's not always easy
Pressure I get from ever way
Sometimes I have to slow down and think
And live life like this was my last day
I know I'm not perfect, nobody is
From deep inside I hear both good and bad voices
