Why do things have to be this way?
Why must we always choose
Between one or the other?
Why can't we have both?
To have to choose
Between two guys
Makes me feel weighed down.
I don't want to make
The wrong decision,
And I don't want to hurt anyone.
But I guess that's
Not always possible.
Someone is always going to get hurt,
And there will be times
When I follow my head
And not my heart.
Btu the decision I need to make
Is not an easy one.
For I love one,
But the other is everything
I have ever wanted
And more.
This decision
Is not something to take lightly.
No, this decision
Will affect the rest of my life.
This decision will affect
The lives of these two men.
So now the question is,
How do I go about
Making my decision?
You can choose to make the decision
Based on how you feel
At that moment in time.
But, that is not how this works.
Give it time.
Examine how you feel.
Come to really know
Who you are truly happy with,
Who you feel more comfortable with,
And who will treat you better.
Not only that,
But is he a man of the Lord?
Follow your heart,
Do what you feel is right,
And ask the Lord for guidance
