I Pray . . .

AUTHORS NOTES: although this poem is very religious...I DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD...i just got bored one night . . .

I pray for my health,
I pray for myself,
I pray for others,
Who sit on my shelf.

I pray for selflessness,
I pray for the worlds happiness,
And for the eternal light,
To vanquish the darkness.

I pray for forgiveness,
I pray they receive this,
I know the worlds pains,
Are shared with His.

I pray for peace,
Among the rich and the meek,
Among the strong and the weak,
Among the most and the least.
