What can I say? You handled the topic beautifully and your carefully selected words have maybe made a little more awareness? I am sorry for anyone who has to feel this pain but I am glad you have shown it in this poem. As sad as it is I had to rate it five because any writer that makes the reader feel something is an excellent writer and you made ALOT. =)

That's very touching. Is it true?

Its true about my friends baby sister. she is dieing from cancer and thats why i wrote this. she inspired me to write something not many people write about, yet, many people care.
she is so beautiful! after all she's been through... she is just so strong for a 11 year old. stronger than me i can honestly say.

Wow hun, cancer is a rough thing to die form my grandmother had died from cancer i never seen some one in so much pain before. i will pray for you friends sister. best of luck to all the family and friends of her's.

Wow... this is so sad and full of emotion! the only suggestion i have for you is to make it flow more... it was very well written, but there were some parts that didnt exaclty flow as nice as the rest... other than that it was very well thought out and decently written! keep up the good work!
