Doves To Fly

Like the sky, blue & clear,
These dove's eyes are here.
Today, I will let go,
But before I let you leave, I want you to know
I love you, my heart will never leave you,
I never got to tell you, I hope you always knew.

I'm done grieving for you now,
I needed to let go somehow.
It shouldn't be like this,
I just want one last kiss.
I'll miss you forever,
I wont forget you, never!

So many people are here
To remember all those years.
I hold 2 caged doves,
One for your soul & one for our love.
I opened the cage, and they started to fly,
Today darling, I am saying goodbye!
