Trapped

by 100Percent_inlove   Dec 30, 2005

I feel strongly trapped
Between a sword and a wall.
One movement I make,
And the sword comes in with its all.

Trapped in a completely dark room,
That does not have a door.
Nor windows, nor oxygen,
And it shrinks more and more.

Trapped in a cage under water,
Looking up at the surface.
With hungry sharks all around me,
And every second there's less space.

Just waiting for the sword to retreat,
To find a way out of the room.
To get out of that cage,
To find light in my doom.

My eyes yell for help,
From all of this horror.
Ghostly screams, dead hope,
That will never go past the floor.

I run from the walls, cage, the room
That around me want to wrap.
But no matter what I do,
I can't find a way out of this trap.
