How can I tell you?
That this is all a lie..
I am so sad, that I can't even cry.
You don't understand,
and you just can't know.
So go ahead and just pretend.
That you aren't hurting so.
That you don't want to be my friend.
When will the sadness end?
I just want you back, but I know it's wrong..
All I can do it listen to the sad sad song..
And read the notes you wrote,
and play with the trinkets I have,
and say,
"I wish I had you back".
