Alone

No one can hear my screams of see me cry.
I wonder why I am crying.
I don't understand.
Why is it so dark? Is it just the night sky?
Or is it my life?
The wind is blowing,
I'm so cold just standing here crying.
I'm all alone in the cold darkness with no one by my side
As my screams start to get louder
The wind blows harder, I get colder.
As I stand there crying
My tears freeze on my cheeks as they run down my face.
I watch as people pass me by.
They don't even see me,
As if I'm invisible.
Maybe I'm not really here, maybe it's all just a dream.
Or maybe
I'm all alone in the cold darkness with no one by my side.
