As the clouds hide the stars
hides the moon too,
as the night grows darker
I'm stuck thinking of you,

I just want someone to hold me
to tell me it's alright,
one day the pain will fade
and i will see the light,

someday I'll learn to smile
someday these tears will dry.
someday I'll get the strength
to finally say good-bye,

one day, one might imagine
I will finally be okay,
but right now....I'm lost
I don't know what to say,

as i lay my head at night
thoughts of you keep me awake
as you slip slowly out of sight.
