Greece

by .:*Nicole*:.   Jan 1, 2006

** This is a true poem. I went to Greece this past summer It was very beautiful, perfect for a poem**

I sit on the bow of our sailboat
Watching the enormous rock walls go by on both sides

A warm breeze of sea air ruffles my hair
I brush it out of my eyes as I reach down with my feet
Craving the cool, salty water
That is so clear and turquoise
Itâ??s like a fairytale, sparkling in the sunlight
I lift my feet out, making ripples dance across the surface

Little coves give the image of a paradise getaway
White sand, bright sun, and calm water
That I wish I could never leave.
