Nothing belongs to me

by Ly Cai   Jan 1, 2006

How thoughtlessly I throw away

The cares of someone else's day

A destiny belongs to me

Yet I follow other's fantasies

Vaulted ceilings of my mind

Have the visions of another kind

But - heavens, no!- I stay inside

Encompassed by the mindless tides

The rampant seas of the whole

Too bad for me, majority rules

Dare I step outside the boundaries?

Those rampant seas might plaster me

Sickly sweet these dreams of mine

The dreams I have of another kind

For - heavens, no! - They're never free

Where is my destiny, it belongs to me!
