I wish I could turn back time
and go into the past when you were all mine!

I know I can't do that now
and I've tried to break you up
and I wasn't being a pal.

I've let my feelings over come me
and I never let you be!

I understand what I did what I did is wrong.
But you are the one I have forever longed!

I laugh around you,
and when I see you I get butterflies.
The only thing I ask though is a bunch of whys!

It took a while to know how you feel.
I never wanted to believe it was real!

I was hoping to just even get my one first kiss with you,
just to make all my dreams come true!

Now you're mad.
I feel really bad.

I can't believe what I did.
I guess I was acting like the average kid.

I let my emotions control me.
I now know I should've just let you be.

Now I've lost one of my best friends,
and sadly this is the way it has to end!
