A Perfect Love Story

A perfect love story between you and me. A perfect love story that could never be.
I fell in love with you once. You hurt me twice. I dont need a third time, to know, this isnt right!
I told you "I love you". I promise its STILL true. But the real truth is... "Im not IN LOVE with you."
You told them my secret even though i told you to keep it.
You told me your lies. and i swear, for nights, people could hear my cries.
It will take SO many years to get back all those tears I cried because of you.
Im not saying It wasnt fun. Im trying to say what we had is over. Its done!
Im sure Ill probably come running back to you one day. And Im sure,as usual, you will send me on my way.
Just promise me that when you see my face youll remember what im about to say.
"A perfect love story that will never be. because we believe in two COMPLETLY different things, you see. We BOTH know we need eachother and we BOTH know we love one another." So remember my words when you look at my face and i will remember, NO ONE will COMPLETLY fill your place. As i hold back the tears and try not cry,I guess what im REALLY trying to say is...."this is good-bye!"

I wrote this for a person who really meant alot to me. and he STILL does... i just want him to know that.....
