The Loving Dead

by Tainted Beauty   Jan 2, 2006

The moon cast a shadow upon the wedding ground,
The sentiments and tears were present all around,
The bloody lines were traced, a weapon more deadly than the pen,
The sacraifice of life forever bonded them,
Surrendering their spirits, in a simple act of love,
Reunited forever, in the heavens up above,
Their bodies growing weaker, but oh their souls are strong,
And with a simple smile, this is what they've wanted all along,
A double grave for them , i will dig so deep,
A symbole of their love, is placed quietly at their feet,
Moon light hits the tombstone, placed gently above his head,
Engraves in the marble, "we honor the living dead"
And the graveyard was silent, a hush fell over the crowd,
They bowed thier heads at peace, as we placed them in the ground.

This is good, it has a very creepy element to it. The only suggestion I have is that starting the first 3 lines with the word "The" is too repititious.
Other than that, it's really good!
    Take care~Holly
