Gods Gift

God gives us all a gift
But sometimes we cant find
And we loose the will to look
And leave the hope behind

You think that he hates you
And that he doesn't care
So you loose your faith in him
Because you cant see his gift there

Blame him for the problems
That your life may come across
And you blame him for the pain
And the unforgivable loss

He gives you nothing;
Some may turn and say
So you dont say your prayers at night
You push that faith; far away

Scowl at the people who go to church
Bible bashed; God lovers Ive heard it all
Because you tried; and never received
Just gives you something to stand tall

God gave you everything you have
He gave you free will; Cannot help you threw strife
Open your eyes to his gift
God gave you life
