I don't want to be used by you

Something fragile's broken,
I think it's my heart,
These words are left unspoken,
Yet you wonder why our friendship drifts apart.

A few nights back,
You were feeling low,
I helped you get back on track,
So you didn't have to go.

The only time you talk to me,
Is when you need help,
Well can't you see?
My heart is beginning to melt.

Why do you use me?
Believe it or not- I'm fragile,
I can't be who I want to be,
At least not for this while.

You told me you'd be there for me,
Well every time I speak to you,
You're to busy for me,
Because you have other, better things to do.

But I don't want to show you this poem,
Because it will end up hurting you,
Just because I'm hurt it doesn't mean I have to show it,
You know I feel this too.

I want to be your real friend,
I want to be a true friend to you,
I want someone to be there till the end,
I don't want to feel used.

So please help this feeling stop,
Be a true and special friend,
Talk to me no matter what,
And be there for me till the end...
