Sad Suicide Note

Her life as a child was perfect,
she used to have it all,
but nobody had really seen,
when she had begun to fall

She soon began to give up,
seeing no point in anything she did,
all her life she acted like nothing was wrong,
her depression with smiles she hid

Her friends started noticing changes,
and they offered to help her out,
but she was already too far gone,
down this unmistakably dangerous route

Her nights were filled with sorrow,
and loneliness she could hardly bear,
she wondered how she had gotten like this,
and she wondered why life wasn't fair

Sometimes while laying on her bed,
she hoped she could somehow win,
for she so desperately wanted to get out,
of this nightmare she was in

Her heart was slowly breaking,
into countless unfix able pieces,
she imagined her death putting a smile upon,
a sea of expressionless faces

One night she went over the edge,
and decided enough was enough,
she knew that her life was almost over,
she knew she could no longer be tough

She carefully picked up her razor blade,
and held it against her arm,
she knew when this was all over with,
nobody could any longer cause her harm

Soon words started appearing in her flesh,
as her razor blade got soaked with blood,
tears starting streaming down her face,
in one last flowing flood

Her head slumped down against her chest,
as her eyelids began to close tight,
the blood was still flowing from her arm,
the only symbol left of a well-fought fight

A story of painful memories,
was steadily and carefully wrote,
across her arm with a razor blade,
in the form of a suicide note

This note that she had written,
told of her life - hard and long,
and told of how she saw the world,
how everything had gone so completely wrong
