The wrong heart

by 100Percent_inlove   Jan 3, 2006

I played a wrong note
to a beautiful melody.
I tasted the sweet honey
and angered the bees.

My foot slipped carelessly
on the highest tip of a mountain.
And stopped, with my touch, the running
of a sparkling water fountain.

No more sun shining
because I caused an eclipse.
No more mouths speaking
for I sealed everyone's lips.

And when my heart thinks of you,
it melts even the poles.
And nothing can break us two.
These teens with strong souls.

But I opened the wrong door.
Hit a bullseye with an unsure dart.
Now I'm the prey in the jungle.
Because I touched and love the wrong heart.
