Hide And Seek

Life is all the same, you lose some and you lose some more,

You play hide and seek in hope someone that cares comes,

Nobody is coming, your stuck in the dark, left to be scared,

There's no use in running you'll get lost and hurt.

Stop running nobody cares, when left to die, you'll start to cry

Must you make me do this, must you make me do this!!

I'll lock you inside, deep down your going crazy

What's it like in there, all alone, and scared

So cold, your wearing thin layers

I told you to dress for the weather,

You never listen, you just don't care

I counted to ten, but you cheated and ran another way

You should have listened and stay close

Remember I said " You can run, but you can't hide"

Maybe you thought it was just a game, It's just not the same

Lights slowly going out, one by one, but rather fast

Pretty soon , you'll be praying for dear life,

Beg me more, ask me to come find you,

You'll never listen again, let this be a lesson

I'll leave you hear one more hour, or maybe two

To learn nothing is fair,

peek a boo! I see you,

you look very scared, and very cold

Your starting to shake and cry,

Please don't cry, I never thought it was best

It wasn't my fault,

I had to, or everything would come back

Threatened to bring the past all back

You have to understand, I don't know what to do

Are we still family, or am I nothing

Don't say anything, no one ever cared for me

Never see what you all do to me,

Well fine than, you leave me with no other choice,

Get back in there, I'm taking the key

7:04am it's time for me to leave,

I'll check on you in the morning, if your still breathing

I only wanted to play hide and seek,

I wanted to get you to love me again

But I think I took it way to far,
