Slip Away

Slip Away
into the darkness
lights fading into this dark abyss
full of pain and misery
breathing, waiting for personal discovery
to release us from this suffocation
thats bringing us down
as we're wondering through a deep
jungle of twisted emotions
trying to make life changing decisions
as we fight to heal our shattered hearts
broken from all the spiked thrusts
of love deeply confided in our souls
as our confused lives
