Beauty Queen

by femmexpriv   Jan 3, 2006

Her shame is engraved in her thoughtful face
And its a secret unknown to the world.
She tries to hide in obvious disgrace
In pumps, pearls, and her hair carefully curled.
A beautiful lady! remarks the crowd
As they see her smile sparkle and glisten.
Shes screaming but its so terribly loud.
What shed do to make somebody listen.
But nobody offers their hands to hold.
Her own is left alone and deserted
So she continues being gorgeous and cold,
While her kindness is so unsupported;
And now she breathes, settling into routine
As she takes her place as Ms. Beauty Queen.
