Very moving indeed! You have such a unique way of expressing your feelings. I found this piece to be no exception.
The only suggestion I have is in this line:

" of all we've gave up,"

Shouldn't it be "of all we've given up"? Not completely sure, but still a superb poem! Take care~Holly
